This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for application fees and course fees paid to S S Institute of Health and Wellness. Application fee The application fee paid to unlock and submit the Level 1 or Level 2 student application form is non-refundable once payment is successfully completed, except where the institute, at its discretion, agrees otherwise in writing. This is because the fee is tied to processing and reviewing your individual application, which begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Course fee cancellations by the learner If you wish to withdraw after enrolling and paying a course fee (as opposed to the application fee), contact admissions as soon as possible in writing. Whether any portion of the course fee is refundable depends on how much of the programme has been delivered or accessed, how far in advance of the intake start date the request is made, and any specific terms communicated to you at enrolment. Admissions will confirm the applicable outcome for your situation in writing. Cancellations or changes by the institute If the institute cancels an intake or is unable to deliver a course you have paid for, you will be offered a full refund of the course fee for that intake, or the option to transfer your payment to a future intake, at your choice. Duplicate or failed payments If a payment is deducted more than once for the same application or course fee due to a technical or payment-gateway error, contact admissions with your payment reference so the duplicate amount can be verified and refunded. If a payment fails or is not confirmed as successful by the payment gateway, no application access is granted and no fee is retained for that attempt. How to request a refund Email admissions at the address below with your full name, the programme applied for, the payment date, and the payment/order reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually; the institute will respond with the outcome and, where a refund is approved, the expected processing timeline. Refund method Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, in line with the payment gateway’s standard processing timelines. The institute does not handle refund fund transfers directly outside the payment gateway.
